Past Lives
Before dedicating myself fully to painting, I spent more than a decade exploring contemplative and spiritual practices.
I was searching for something that would not only help me lead a happy, healthy life but also guide others to do the same.
I explored it all: astrology, human design, sound healing, energy healing, shamanism, Akashic records reading, voodoo, auras, aura readers, aura-reading machines, Buddhism, physics, mediums, and witches, and at one point became a Reiki Master.
I left the spiritual world because my most profound healings came from real-life moments with others—such as sharing a meal with like-minded women in Manhattan, watching a classic movie with my family, or laughing on the beach while reminiscing with old friends. These were the times I felt the most deeply.
That’s why I host events alongside my original paintings. The idea for these gatherings arose naturally from my background as an entrepreneur, my experience as an energy healer, and a two-year apprenticeship with @mamamedicine. Although I no longer engage in those spiritual practices, they have influenced the core approach I employ now.
At my events, you may laugh, you may cry, you may feel it all, or you may feel nothing at all. But it will be with other people like you who can see that the best thing we can do for ourselves (and one another) is to come together and create something wild and fun.
Though my current focus is on art and events, I hosted a podcast from October 2020 to July 2021. I’ve thought about deleting it since I no longer release new episodes, but I really appreciate the insights from the amazing healers and artists we interviewed.
Many have moved on to new ventures, while others continue their work.
