Spark: An Evening to Reconnect With Your Creative Spirit

SPARK

An Evening to Reconnect With Your Creative Spirit

Sunday, September 20th · 7–8:30 PM · Batesville Market

You don’t have to be an artist. You just have to be curious.

There is a part of you that knows how to play, imagine, make, move, experiment and follow an idea just because it feels interesting.

Sometimes life gets loud, and that part gets quieter.

Spark is an invitation to turn the volume back up.

This one-hour creative experience with Stephanie Wood blends ceremony, meditation, breathwork, movement and hands-on creative exercises designed to help you step out of your usual way of thinking and into a more curious, imaginative state.

You don’t need to know what you’re going to make.

You don’t need to be “good” at anything.

You don’t need an artistic background.

Come exactly as you are. Bring an open mind and see what wants to emerge.

What we’ll do

ARRIVE

We’ll begin by creating a little space away from the noise of the day and setting an intention for the evening.

CONNECT

Through guided meditation and breathwork, we’ll slow down and reconnect with the body and imagination.

MOVE

You’ll be invited to bring music, movement and play into the experience—because creativity doesn’t always begin sitting quietly at a desk.

MAKE

We’ll move into simple, intuitive creative exercises using whatever materials you have around you.

No rules. No perfect outcome. Just an opportunity to follow your curiosity.

SHARE

We’ll close by coming back together and sharing the experience, if you’d like.

This is for you if…

You used to make things and want to again.

You have an idea you’ve been carrying around but haven’t started.

You’re feeling creatively stuck—or simply creatively hungry.

You’re a painter, writer, musician, dancer, maker, entrepreneur, designer…

or you’ve never thought of yourself as creative at all.

Maybe you just want to do something different on a Tuesday night.

What to bring

A candle
Water
A sketchbook or notebook
Colored pencils, markers, crayons or paint—whatever you have
Three songs you love to sing or dance to

And somewhere you can comfortably move, make a little noise and be uninterrupted for an hour.

COME SPARK SOMETHING.
